A Great New Site Offering FREE Toddler and Preschool-aged Activities
Peekuboo is an online library of free toddler and preschool-aged activities. There are stories, games and it also has a fun, optional feature allowing you to share the stories and games while video-chatting. And while setting your child in front of a screen – whether it is a television or computer screen – is not something you want to do more than you read picture books and play interactive games with them face-to-face, there are times when a great site like this could come in handy, especially for the single parent. Too often our children want our attention precisely when we most need to be doing other things – cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, balancing our checkbooks, etc. Peekuboo is a site that you can feel comfortable leaving them in front of for a few minutes while you quickly tend to something else.
